Herwati took her study at STIE PERBANAS – Jakarta, majoring in Accounting and hold her Diploma Degree in 1991. Start her career in Finance and Accounting business as Sales Admin, Tax, Finance and Accounting in PT Olex Cables Indonesia, then she joined PT Dhiva Inter Sarana in 1997 as Finance Supervisor. This mother of two children is also known as a company elder that all staffs considering her as a ‘mommy’. Now she is in-charge as Finance Manager where all of payable arrangement is in her hand. The integrated system conducts with ERP enable her work done in timely manner.
Lena Sofi, GA & Accounting Manager
Seized her from Surabaya, Lena start her career as Finance at PT Indo Balau Ume and mortar cement PT DR Indonesia. Not only Finance that she handled, but also all the running this Surabaya branch office including Sales matters. Graduated from Christian University Krida Wacana (UKRIDA) – Jakarta, she hold her Bachelor Degree in 1998 majoring in Accounting. Joined PT Dhiva Inter Sarana in May 2009, her responsibility is in FICO Department as Accounting Manager and General Affair. Her mobile ability, made her available to meet the deadline of managing stocks list (stock opname) in our branch office Batam together with the sub-contractors, made our data always up-to-date and accurate.
Ari Triana, SCM & HR Manager
Hold Diploma Degree from TARAKANITA Academy in 1996 she then continued her study into Bachelor Degree at the University of Indonesia, taking Social and Politics Faculty (FISIP) majoring in Communication.3 years worked with Netherlands Company known as HAM Dredging/Van Oord as Human Resources and Project Administrator, she also active as Facilitator for outbond-training for more than 8 years. She’s got her experiences in the Procurement & Supply Chain Management while she joined public listed chemical Co. PT Lautan Luas Tbk, mortar and road construction Co. PT Conbloc Infratecno. Joined PT Dhiva Inter Sarana in 2008, she also known as professional photographer from CANON School of Photography, taking all Company’s Corporate Identity is in her hands beside the HR and SCM matters.
Nidia Anwar, Marketing Manager
Took her undergraduate program from Sahid University majoring in Public Relations, Nidia is one of DIS personnel who responsible in Sales and Marketing Department. Implement outstanding strategies in this division, Nidia is incharge for all bidding documents in tender process, maintain existing and potential clients, presented the Company corporate identity to clients. Her rules is to direct strategic acquisition business development, marketing and venture subsidiaries, develop new business possibility strategy to optimize the sales and helps the Company to achieve its full potential. Previously worked with Hyundai Corporation as Public Relation and Business Development, she then moved to PT Promatcon Tepat Guna which is specialized in cement supply for Oil and Gas industry. Nidia is new comer in the Company and now is able to wide her wings together with the vision and mission of DIS. Building a trust to our valuable customers which we care for long term relationship is also her specialization in our Company.
